The Fixed Expenses Grid is a living spreadsheet where you can outline any fixed expenses (outside of the payroll expenses reflected in the Payroll Grid) that will be incurred over a set period. It accrues expenses over the period of time of your choice so that it’s not it’s not so skewed to the specific time when the expenses land. This, added to your payroll expenses from the Payroll Grid, informs your reporting system with your breakeven point for a specific time period.
